Highlights:1. Demand Planner in Coca Cola Beverages Uganda - Me becoming one of the best practices in Demand planning for the group with Uganda where I built my own forecasting model using excel instead of using forecast pro that other countries were using. My accuracy on demand forecasting allowed us achieve more than 90% accuracy which was very hard to achieve. I started to train some of the other demand planners that were sent to Uganda for me to take them through what I was doing and how I was doing it 2. Chief Credit Officer Bayport Financial Services - Me using data analytics to build a model that helped the business understand client income trends so that for those where we had outstanding payments or had become NPL's we are able to quickly re capture these with the government and were able to collect from more than 4,000 clients that had already gone bad thus leading a significant impairment release month on month to the tune of USD 3.5 MN. This contributed to more than 70% of the income for the year for the company.
