Rate and Review Fitchburg State College

I have studied in Fitchburg State University (previously it was college) in computer science and hence my review limited to my courses of computer science(or MBA). The school is pretty good but smaller when compared to most of the schools in US. Pros: It has a very less fee structure of about $820 per subject and one can complete their courses in 1 and 1/2 years (MS) and 1 year (MBA). We can get full time CPT/intern to work 40 hours a week. The TOEFL cut off is 79 and any score in GRE is sufficient to get the admission. IELTS was not accepted in my time. This is one of the best school to choose if any one just wants to get a MS degree and start your opt/STEM extension, otherwise if you are really talented you can go to MIT kind of schools. Except one/two, remaining professors are pretty kind to give a good GPA. The classes are in evening hours each course is taught once a week. Boston city is 1 and 1/2 hour drive. Cons: For the MS program, there is only computer science available as of then.If you really want to do a good research or to get any good knowledge in your stream, better choose any top rated university. Bachelors(B-tech) knowledge is sufficient to get a good score. As it is a small university, there are only few students studying over here like about 10-15 people per semester. Very less chance to get the on-campus job. Conclusion: Overall, my suggest is to choose this school, get your degree and opt and search for the employer (from final semester through cpt).
