You can also search our employer and labor certification(H-1B Visa and Green Card) databases by yourself, and then contact the employers.

Once you find the employer, you can get its contact information from the Contact section of the sponsor profile. The information contained in this section must be of the employees who are authorized to act on behalf of the employer in labor certification matters. They cannot be agents or attorneys, unless they are direct employees of the employer.

You can call or email the contact persons to enquiry job opportunities. We recommend you send your resume with a brief cover letter.

Our Email Match Service can automatically match you to potential employers. You could upgrade to download the email list and send your resume and cover letter to them directly.

A certified labor condition application (LCA) may be withdrawn at any time, provided the employee benefiting from the LCA is not currently working for the employer and the Administrator has not commenced an investigation.

When applying for LCA, the employer could either provide a single proffered wage(Wage_Rage_From) or a range between Wage_Rate_From and Wage_Rage_To. The real proffered wage must be higher than or equal to Wage_Rage_From, which must be higher than or equal to prevailing wage.

Yes. we will never sell or share your personal information with other companies. If you have created a career profile, you can update your privacy setting at any time.

At the bottom of every newsletter, you can find a link to unsubscribe. Just click on the link and your email address will be added to our Do Not Send list.

To delte your account, you can log in first, and then click the Delete Account link under Account tab.

Once deleted, your account could not be recovered. If you want to access our services again, you will have to create a new account.

If you are concerned about your privacy, you do not have to delete account, you can simply change your privacy setting.

    Since PayPal no longer refunds transaction fees, we will deduct a 5% transaction fee from the refunded amount.

  2. Email Match Service Refund Fee:
    To prevent misuse of the Email Match Service as spam, we charge a 30% refund fee for this service.

  3. Limits on Refunds to Prevent Abuse:

    • Members who have received one refund before are entitled to 50% of their eligible refund for subsequent requests.
    • Members who have received two refunds before are no longer eligible for any further refunds.
    • Refunds cannot be requested if the upgraded membership is set to expire in less than 10 days.

    • Forward Payment Confirmation:
      Send your PayPal payment confirmation email to refund(at)myvisajobs.com along with your username. This information is necessary because users often use different email addresses or PayPal accounts to make payments. Additionally, PayPal provides different transaction IDs to buyers and sellers.

  3. Additional Information:
    For further details, please review our refund policy and procedure in the FAQ, as both will be strictly followed to ensure fairness for all users.


Refund Processing Timeline:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and in many cases, on the same day.
  • You will receive a refund confirmation email as soon as the refund is issued.
  • Please note: It may take an additional 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your credit card or bank account, depending on your financial institution.

If you dispute the transactions through PayPal or your credit card company or your bank, the refund process will become much longer and more costly. Some financial institutions hold the fund during investigation. We also have to present your usage and upgrade evidence to help the investigation.

If you do not get refund from us after submitting the request, you can still dispute the transaction through PayPal and present our refund policy as your evidence.
