Electric Flosser: Inspected and improved 2nd and 3rd stage molds to reduce the operating noise by 23 dB. Prototyped and assembled model for testing and performance analysis. Heat Pump: Created a digital twin of the original model. Designed and engineered grilles for prototyping and manufacturing. Projector Lift: Optimized existing design to eliminate juddering and noise during operation. Developed final model and manufacturing drawings for the production and assembly of the lift. Reduced the cost of production by $60 per piece. Battery Pack: Designed a tactical swappable battery pack casing, incorporating strategic engineering for compatibility with the injection molding process for five sizes. Fabricated the preliminary prototype and conducted assembly testing.--
