I worked as a thermal simulation engineer where my responsibilities were to analyze and do heat simulation by ANSYS ICEPAK for electronic oil pumps. ? Mechanical 3D design was provided by mechanical design department then after modification design by ANSYS Spaceclaim to do thermal analysis management by ANSYS ICEPAK and control the PCBA temperature. ? Submit technical reports to hardware department and our clients. Automotive clients were mainly from mainland in all over Europe and Chinese like BYD, Link Co etc.
