I founded an IT company, which repeatedly received letters of thanks from clients to confirm the quality of my work, and wherer I hold the roles of Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer and Business System Analyst/ Consultant/ Software Developer.
As a Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer: • Problem formalization and gathering of requirements. • Collection, preparation and marking of the datasets for training. • AI-Model fitting and hyperparameter optimization. • The model training. • Creating a working AI-system prototype. • Demonstrating result for the customer. • Experienced in creating and training AI-models on both Tensorflow and PyTorch platforms, such as GAN (generative adversarial network), VAE (variational autoencoder). Using technologies such as Object Detection, Reinforcement Learning, Transformers, NLP (natural language processing), OCR (optical character recognition), Speech recognition, etc. • As an example of one of the latest successful AI-projects, a software was created for text recognition of scanned documents using OCR technologies and transformers, publishing as an API service on a local network, connecting via REST protocol to an ERP system, which made it possible to reduce the processing time of primary documents from hours by an employee to minutes by a machine. As a Business System Analyst/ Consultant/ Software Developer: • A full range of works for large and medium-sized consumers. • Development and implementation of a methodology for automating business processes for commercial and industrial enterprises. • Writing complex reports based on SQL queries, views, using deep functionality of software incapsulating stored functions, and procedures, analyzing, and optimizing database performance, developing, and configuring software based on MS SQL server • Implemented and maintain a management of manufacturing software (1C Enterprise management) for Amyclo Ltd (http://amylco.ru/enmain/) in 2011 and it is still in use today that was highly approved by the company management. • Currently. I am in a process of implementing 1C-ERP system for Russian branch of an international manufacturing company Stauff Ltd (https://www.stauff.ru) • Among my cost-effective solutions, I can note one, but not the only one. A problem was identified, and it was proposed a solution to change the automatic process of analyzing and processing orders to suppliers and eliminating duplicate positions from them. This was successfully implemented, which allowed us to optimize the warehouse and reduce its volume by $1 million for 1 year.--
