This is a very true and honest opinion about Levergent. I had been working with them quite a long period. Levergent is not at all a good place to work with. U will b treated as slaves there. U will not b getting any benefits n only give all ur energy to them. Employees are not paid properly. They have pending salaries of more than 8 months to give to employees. They have very poor management. They don know what is project management. They dont know to sell their product also. Very poor sales. Life wil become miserable if someone joins Levergent.. Its like a jail there. U will not b allowed to go out from there( i mean to resign n get relieved). The managing director, business development director and head of India operations run the company n to b honest they are fools. Especially the head of India operations guy. He doesn't knows to even decide anything on his own. The business developement director is very cunning and she will scrutinize u. Guys dont believe them.. THEY ARE A VERY BIG FRAUD AND WILL NEVER SURVIVE IN THE MARKET WHICH IS VERY COMPETITIVE FOR THEM.they think they are the best. They need to learn a lots before entering the markets. They cannot survive more. The company is merely going to shut down since the operations are very poorly managed.Not even a single plus point to say about the company..they have betrayed many employees and they continue to do it as long the management gets benefited in terms of getting work and not paying even a single penny.
