commentThis employer is a BIG FRAUD and person who runs this company is the worst person you can work for. They made me pay for my h1b fees where I had to give a check on a different company name. Then for every extension I had to pay the fees including attorney fees which they deducted from my paycheck. They also made me pay for my insurance which is crazy expensive here though I was a full time. You get ZERO benefits being a full time here. I also had to pay for green card perm fees as well as I140. They will take every dime from you and will treat you so badly. I believe one of the employees also filed a case against them for fraud. I hope they get blacklisted from USCIS. If you think of joining this employer I highly recommend to stay away because you will have the worst experience and lose a lot of money like I did. STAY AWAY and I am sure you will a better employer.

commentWorst company to work, Mr Rao is only after your money, he doesn't care about you.
All the H1b fee and extension fees are paid by us but he's still greedy about the money.I'll definitely complain to the labor department so that people like him should learn a lesson.
MY ADVICE TO ALL PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

commentI have been working with Infosmart Systems from last 5 Yrs and have a wonderful experience working here. Very helpful and Friendly staff. They have very good knowledge and experience on Immigration.
Nice working atmosphere and good work life balance. They never missed or delayed a single payment in my last 5 years. I would definitely recommend the company to others.

commentWell, I worked this is company for just 3 weeks and understood it well and came out, as it did not give me mental peace.
I joined as a payroll administrator(was working for the company itself) and was excited as anyone would be. The things did not look good on the first day itself. The reason everyone gave was this is how all the Indian companies are. The manager scolds you yes you heard me right, scolds his employees if they come 2 minutes late. If you go take coffee or water or he will comment that you are taking too many bathroom breaks. It is a small company and you cannot really do in the bathroom as well.
One time a consultant called 50 times asking for her pay and everyone got upset on her as in why she is calling. Of course, she will call as Apparao was holding 7K for her pay for no reason.
He asked me not pick her call. I felt very terrible. This is not how the companies should operate. No one has a good opinion about his company. Everyone wants to just run away from them.
All the good reviews is may be from him only. He wuld have written these good reviews or asked someone to write it.
Also this guy holds every consultant last pay and see whether they remember and ask him and that too he will drag to an extent where they will just leave instead of dealing with him.
I can come and vouch this anywhere.

commentA few months ago I decided it was time for a change. I had been in a job for a long time, and wanted to not only get a new job but also wanted to make sure I was being paid better for my work. When I contacted Infosmart and began to work with them to find me a new placement locally I felt comfortable right away. I was never hounded by the recruiters and all of my questions were answered right away any time I had concerns. I was really pleased with the pay I was able to nail down, and the fact that I was placed just across town. It allowed me to move up and get paid better for what I do without the headache of the job hunt that I thought things were going to be. Infosmart made the entire process quite painless, and I am happy to say that I was able to move up and really work in a position that I can use as a springboard for future jobs. Infosmart allowed me to find a stepping stone to my future, and I am so thankful for all they did to make that future bright.

commentEvery company is out there to make money as this is a business and in return they give you employment, visa and green card. Infosmart Systems has been very fair to the employees and they make sure to get you the best options in salary, benefits , project. Some of their sales people are the best in industry with knowledge and response time. I have been with them for 5 years now and I recommend this company.

I joined here as a jr. consultant , right from the first day they trained me and helped me in upgrading my skills with in 4 to 5 weeks I got a project with good rate. From here on wards I never turned back .
Here they pay on time and every time they showed me good projects till now.

commentone of the consultant had written "Dont show your personal issues here".No one writes personal issues.if only one consultant writes bad comments, then issue is with consultant.If more consultants writes, whose is the mistake? since conultants are really suffering hardly, they are posting comments.Not only infosmart reviews but also you can look reviews for any other consutancies or bigcompanies.
Any employer is good as long as project is going good.But The issue arises if conusultant is on the bench.One day is coming very soon.IRS will notice and catch him and put him into jail.
MR Rao..dont worry, very soon your day will come .Till then you can make struggle consultants.
you need to have polcy which needs to be informed to all consutants before consultants join to your company.Your policy changes from one consultant to another consutant.I know that you will never open

I was one of employee of this company .
**He is very arrogant ( Rao )and very stupid. I have never seen such a ego person in my life being a company owner.
**He doesn't know have any communication or mannerse
**He struggles consultants a lot why should he do ?
- Is he feeding us for FREE? He takes percentage and in one way he is living and making money from consultants work.
**No consultant expects any respect but Rao should have some manners and doesn't needs to treat every of his consultants as donkey's
MR Rao - Please Open your eyes and read this comments and feel some shame and change the method and attitude you handle consultants still irrespective of so many comments where you didnt change
Stop trying different methods of communicating with consultants instead learn and know how they would be happy and stick with you without moving out from you.
ALSO so many already moved out as we know and you still being same does this mean that you dont care if your company goes into drianage

I joined in this company though my friend.he completed 3 years times.Still continuing.I know other people in this company.They are getting pay on time.

commentThe boss is horrible, unprofessional and a total loser. He won't pay your salary nor as required by law he won't pay for your H1 B costs or GC costs. Once you join this company you will be become a slave and he won't let you go or give you your own visa documents. If you decide to move on to different employer, he will make sure he will get as much money from you and cancel your visa status.The worrest of the worrest employer, dont join this company.he does not pay salary.he does not know H1B rules.He does not know how to talk.Does not have any human relations.He takes complete money from you.does not provide H1 Copy to you.Does not have immigation lawyer to file H1B.He himself files H1B without having immigartion lawyer.He want money only..

i am on opt and joined this company on Nov 7th,2011 and successfully completed 17 months. They have taken care of my expenses and provided training in Data Stage and placed me in the project.They did H1b for me.Till date i never had any issues.
Iam very surprised that what on earth is making some persons to write rude comments on this company.Employer is very friendly.

commentNot sure where on earth such comments come from but here is my experience with this employer.. I got my H1B visa with this employer last year when I was in India. It's been about an year so far and journey has been really smooth and cool. Had no issues at all till date. Got paid promptly and in fact, I should be thankful to Mr. Rao and his team who always extended their help whenever I needed even when it was personal. The employees were really awesome who took personal care during my initial days here and now they have become my very good friends here. Always approachable for any assistance, guidance help and/or a casual chit chat..! Enjoyed every bit of my journey so far here.. Long way to go!!

commentIts like any other desi consulting firm but the similarity stops there.... its maintained to the lowest standards on any consultancy scale. He does not provide you the Visa documents even when u pay for it, never ever would he pay you what was promised.... that is just to name a few..!
On top of all this, he has worst attitude, a loose tongue, no decency to talk to his lady employees.
I will not be surprised if I see the company name and boss someday in a newspaper or website caught for USCIS fraud or DOL wage fraud.
May god bless existing employees ! Keep away prospective ones!
