commentI have been working with them from 2015 and it's an wonderful journey so far. I have not faced any issues and if at all any issues, they have been acted upon immediately. My journey from H1B to GC has been phenomenal as all the process were carried out appropriately. Special mention to Rani, as she is always approachable and makes sure you're at home.
Overall it is a great experience so far and look forward for many more years to come!!

Illegal process -

commentI was an employee of this company in the recent past. I was referred to this company by one of friend's colleague. I blindly transferred my visa to this company, only to know I have stepped on sh*t. They dont maintain any legal docs to maintain your status. No amendments, no LCA's, nothing. They just ask you to find your own project and go to worksite and make money. They'll make their cut of 30% from bill rate and another 10% as visa cost but not do anything at the bare minimum to protect your status. When an RFE is issued, they simply let you off. I was doomed by an onsite audit by the USCIS, only to know, Trine is firing me to safeguard themselves. I had to leave the country. By god's grace, I joined another company who redeemed my visa by transfer. Please dont join this company. Shankar is the only person working/running this company. He just creates multiple emails on different names to show he's got employees to do admin tasks. In reality, he owns and operates from all these accounts by himself. Dumb guy!!

commentNever ever dream of joining this company. They are nothing but rated and class less fraudsters. Now, managed by useless people and policies, it is on its worst phase. no recruiters to work on your profile, no GC, no relocation assistance, no marketing assistance, no job guarantee, no communication, what else!!
Now, I feel like being in hell. They dont even a have a single direct client. In my last pay check, I have been charged 5 lakhs INR as visa processing fee, which they did on 2016. I have been paid only $25/hr as salary in the city of NY. Even pani puri seller makes good money than me. The justification given by them is, the client is not paying them. If the client is not paying them. If the client is not paying them, why dont they let me look for next project? On doubt, I enquired the same with my client. The client showed me all the proofs for payment. I was shocked to know Trine is charging $120/hr for me and paying only $25.
Worst thing is, they have received an RFE on my H1 extension, and they cannot clear it forever. They did it intentionally, thus avoiding me to transfer.
There was an AH sitting onsite for marketing. He was the most irritating one on the whole planet. Knows nothing, comes with all BS to waste your time.
Please dont join this company at any cost. Even if it is live or die situation, prefer to die.

commentThese Guys are complete Frauds and these nice reviews are completely fake. My friend and I suffered with his white lies and It took almost an year to get our money back, when we applied H1B last year but Din't got in lottory. He says you will get your money next week, but next week will never come, When that week/day comes he will tell another story. Dont ever trust him. My other friend's H1B got selected but got rejected after RFE, he never shared any doccument correctly, he will share only part of the doccument after several requests which doesn't give any information, when he asked the RFE copy he used to tell all stories but never shared it.
I am fool to not to believe in those first reviews. One thing this website shows is only how many LCA's applied( not H1Bs applied ) and also whether out of those H1B applied this website won't tell how many got approved or rejected. I learnt recently chances of LCA gettting rejected for H1B is very very less unless you do some procedural or blind mistake. Compan can apply 100 LCA's but may file 10 H1B's only, Only DOL put this information publicly but not USCIS( which actually decide H1B case), Both are two different departments. I am still looking for H1B, and going to try my luck this year again, I learnt a lot in this time and just happened to check these reviews and thought at least I will save one victim like me.

commentIf you wanna groom your career, dont even dare to think of your company. Reviews would say, they are thriving technology company. The boss man would say, they are best in terms of service and salary. It isnt true. Dont fall for their trap. They dont have a single client, neither have any prime vendor's contact. They place you through multiple layers, which was the same in my case. If you need to find a better project, you have market yourself. Things were fine until I received an RFE for my transfer peition. They dont even have their own attorney. They cost compare between attorneys and go for the cheapest. In my case, I was careful enough to use my own attorney. Eventually, the company wasnt happy about this. They needed me to pay the attorney, to which I agreed and did. After all these hurdles, they dint help my attorney with the required supporting docs. At the very last moment, after multiple follow-ups, they said they cant share confidential financial docs to a new attorney. I was fed up with their attitude. To come to a solution, I decided to go with their attorney. As it was last minute, they demanded me again to pay for their attorney. With no other choice, I paid around my 1 month salary to them. As expected, things worked this time and RFE was responded. To my surprise, after reviewing their employment records and financial statements, the consulate rejected my petition stating the company is not in a situation to pay me. They denied my transfer petition and I am left with no other option. Now, I have to go back India with all my dreams shattered. Thank your Iflowsoft and Shankar for making my a living hell. Please convey my thanks to your dumb recruiter Mohammed Shahib too.

This guy Shankar is a certified " LIAR - CHEATER ". I heard Tamil guys are honest and smart, but this guy is smart enough to loot/trap people. You will see his true colors once U get trapped. There is one more idiot named Rani, who doesnt run your payroll at all, claiming that he's the head accountant. I am trapped with him in an unfortunate situation, and now suffering,trying to see my exit options and waiting for right time to move away from this company. please don't get trapped by ur self in believing his kahani's and 4 Star fake reviews. It is possible some of my colleagues( in Iflowsoft), not yet seen his true colors but my advice is start looking for the exit at the early.
You may think all consultancies r similar, but these guys are one of worst possible U r going to experience.
In fact I did came to him ignoring the previous comments( I still feel guilty and curse myself for not believing in those comments ).
If you still coming to these guys thinking I am writing this out of my frustation and at my fault and going believe his jhutha kahanis "God bless you for ur future PAIN after becoming a victim ".
For past few months I resisted not write this review leaving it to God, but after seeing these 4 star reviews, i felt i should not let others also suffer like me.

They monitor all their consultants activities online on all job sites. If you get caught then be prepared to get fired without notice and getting informed to USCIS the next day! these guys are psychopaths especially one in particular. -

commentThere are way too many consulting companies out there that exploit employees to make dirty money but Iflowsoft will actually go to great lengths to make your life miserable.
I joined way back in 2004, after working for them for 1 year I was fired without notice so that I will be forced to join the client. They then sued me for breaking the non-compete.
Just stay away from this company.
