commentI contacted them through a referral as I was told they are very good in immigration and approval rates are really high and I totally agree with it. My past employer messed my case abd I was on verge to leaving US and that’s when Enthsquare took over my case and now I have a longterm status approval. Their policies are as per industry standards like what you would get outside but they do provide personal attention to your case as far as immigration is concerned and that’s what make a huge difference. I totally recommend them incase you are looking for immigration help or job.

commentI started with Enthsquare in 2016 and since then I never faced any issues. The team has been very supportive to me. The project they got me was really long term as promised and the sponsorship was also provided. I worked with few team members over 4+ years and it was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Great job guys and I wish all the luck to them!

commentI have received a contract to work with Enthsquare as a contracting to a third company for 2+ year contract.
This company holds 3 months of your payment (min of 1) stating that payment has not come from vendor, client etc.
I trusted them and did not enquire much. When the contract was coming to an extension, though I had good reviews from my on-site manager, Enthsquare (John - at the time I was working) said that the vendor did not accept for any payment raise and therefore, I would not be getting a pay raise. After 6 months, vendor asked me for an opportunity to work with them as the contract clause was coming to an end. It was there that I realized that I was billed for more than I was getting paid (Hint - was paid around 30-33, but was billed for exactly 2.6 times what I was being paid).
Also, they did not provide any sponsorship (they have collected documents but have not provided any receipt number and evidence which shows that the packet has actually been sent to USCIS). I had to work on Day-1 CPT to keep my status without any increase in pay (there was an increase which was pocketed by the company).
The positive reviews are fake ones just to boost up their reviews.
DO not join this company. Beware of anyone approaching you from this company.

commentI joined Enthsquare Inc for their direct client. Their process was easy and I got good guidance till I joined the position. The team is very transparent and committed. Their client relations are amazing and because of that I got a longterm project. I appreciate their honesty and the hard work they put in. Overall good people make good company!

They do not actually file for H1Bs.
They got their E-verification number by being registered as a sister company to a main one.
This company comes up twice when searching for employers in myvisajobs.
Please see that they have the same business location, but different number of sponsorships.
This company is not registered to do business under the Georgia state rules.
This company, along with Presource Tek LLC and Tupoin work the same way. Please search for them and you come up with the same people in the board. An account team member of presource tek (India), is also a member of Enthsquare and is in DC.
It is a body shop company.
Me and a few of my friends were denied payments from this company and the situation is that it cannot be brought up in a court due to lack of evidence.
As a fellow student, I really advise you to DO NOT join this company.
What they done to me:
They have taken the timesheets, but have not paid me. They do not run the payroll under their name, and as a result, the consultants/employees cannot then directly. They deny that the employee was a part of their payroll and counter argue stating that the offer letter was faked and they have not agreed to take you on as an employee.
Since the payroll is from other company, it basically states that your W-2 is with one company,but you have reported a different employer to USCIS.
A few of my friends have experienced the same thing with them.
They market the consultant through a different company. The marketing team and the accounting team have left the company due to harassment from the manager.
This company has a guest house in atlanta, and the manipulative SOB comes there on a weekly basis. He is very manipulative and good at diverting the topic.
Run away from this company and do not join it ever.
Take it from a student who has faced this issue with them.
