It was a referred by my collegue and we joined this company together. My Placement manager supported me a lot when I trying to find new opportunities.

commentBest company and services. It’s been close to 3 years now and enjoyed every bit of working here and being a part of this esteemed organization and team. I associate them with experience because I can say that they are a supportive, professional, and process organization. They gave me great training to develop and learn. Only they started marketing me when two practice tests confirmed that I was ready to take on this job. Let's move on to the marketing team that I split under Ajay. I have to say that he puts a lot of effort into his job to put candidates in the right places that match their skills and abilities. His team is great, they have great relationships with their suppliers and help candidates get good positions that match their skills.

commentI have been with Vastek since past 8 months. If I merge the experience with them since today, I can say they are supportive, professional and to the point process organization. They gave me a great training to develop and learn skills for job role which I wanted to pursue. Once they got fulfill from two rounds of mock test that I am now ready to take that job responsibilities then only they started my marketing. Coming to the marketing team, I have assigned under Ajay. I must say that he is so much dedicated person towards his work to place the candidate to the right position at right location with matching candidate skills and ability. His team is tremendous and they have great relations with their vendors which helps candidate to get good position which suits their skills. I can proudly say that I am working with them.

commentVastek is good company who helped me in marketing my profile, matching to my skill set. They never forced for any positions which am not comfortable for. Marketing team is very active and they send numerous Good positions as they have good healthcare vendors . Especially marketer Ajay helped me in getting my job soon and he was supportive throughout the whole process and been patient when my job was delayed and communicated effectively with all Vastek teams and vendor to make the process smooth. They have good validation team and trainers. As well Shivani, Prabhu, Medha, Anshuman , Vikash, nathalie were helpful . I recommend this firm for getting jobs sooner.

My friend suggested me to join Vastek and till today it was the best decision that I ever took. HR, trainer and marketer have been very nice people and try to explain everything they can patiently.

I have been working with them for 5 months and they are so responsible.Then helped me to for the Interviews.They gave me good training too during the interviews.They have patience and they find the positions favor to your interest and they always make you comfort and find the position
depending on you comfort location.Overall, It has been great experience with everyone.Especially with the recruiting team members Ajay and Vashili are so helpful.

I spoke one of their Sales recruiter IMRAN who screened me and assured me that I will get a job in a span of 1 month. I'm very thankful to him that he got me a job in 2 weeks and even supported at the backend when I was facing some problems at the client side. Currently I'm successfully working with Mortgage client which has a duration of 2 years. I Know these people some time don't respond but trust me all my friends got a job through this consultancy. I recommend Vastek Inc and its good if you can connect with their seniors employees.

commentI've been workiteamor with Vastek from 2017. It's been a positive experience all around for me so far. They are professionals and now have processes in place.
Recruiting Team is very good. They will be in contact touch and provides updates on the client's expectations. Also, when I checked for my next project, the way they assured is excellent. I wanted to mention a few names here as it is not allowed such voiding names. The whole team is good but especially a woman in the recruiting team has hands-on in finding projects and placing people in new projects.
Immigration Team: Compared to before now, they have an excellent immigration team backed by a great attorney firm.
HR Team: I respect their work but expect delayed responses. However, they will get back to you later on any questions/concerns.
Overall Experience is good and I would recommend this company to all.

commentThis is my 2nd year working for Vastek.
Little story about my journey with Vastek.
One of my friends referred me to Vastek. From the next day, they started training on the Quality tools and medical device manufacturing processes. Their training is kind of hard and needs to put some effort to learn and to get skilled in. During the training as an assignment, we will be given some real-life scenarios that happens in the industries. Here comes the screening. Based on the skills and the confidence we showed to resolve the issue proves to them that we are capable of taking more responsibilities. Once our supervisor and we are confident, then they will place with one of their clients. This process will take place between 1.5 to 3 months or might be less than that based on our seriousness, efforts we showed, and the skill set we gained. They gave me more responsibilities in less than 2 months. From then on, I'm enjoying taking more responsibilities. Recently I got my H1b approved for 3 years. I want to thank the whole Vastek team for getting my H1b approval and finding positions for me.
I would recommend people to apply positions in Vastek. And obviously, we need to prove our selves to get sustained in Vastek or at their clients. But Vastek will provide necessary training if anyone needs it.
