Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems. ? Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on land and housing market. ? Offer recommendations to buyers and refer them to SIC Legal Team for Legal Services and SIC’s partnering financial services provider for mortgage services. ? Ensure compliance and adherence with Property Laws and SIC’s Policies and Procedures when conducting property sales. ? Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property(ies) to convince them and secure a brokering deal. ? Maintain contact and relationships with customers to have future opportunities for business prospects. ? Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network. ? Present SIC image and live the prescribed values. ? Any other tasks as assigned by management.--
