Goal:As a teacher, my goal is always to impact my students positively, encourage and challenge students as they develop their learning skills. I believe that every child possesses the ability to learn by their very own style and therefore it is imperative to learn each student 's learning style, interests and this can only be achieved by continuous learning. My biggest career goal is to grow professionally by learning and exploring various teaching styles so as to meet the individual needs of all the students put in my care. As a teacher, developing new skills and growing professionally is a catalyst for delivering quality lessons to students. My goal is to grow professionally and help mentor new teachers in the field. I visualize myself as a teacher mentor. As a teacher who has attended many seminars and workshops, I have been able to deepen my awareness of being a passionate and enthusiastic teacher. My biggest goal as a teacher has always been to see my students succeed and become better individuals. I always strive to improve my student’s grades and this can only be achieved if I can meet each students at his/her own point of need which is their individual learning styles.
