United States Air Force Cadet 06/2017 - 05/2021
United States Air Force, Colorado Springs, Colorado Tunisia
Industry: Aviation/ Military
I held a position of a United States Air Force cadet at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs between the years of 2017 and 2021. I graduated in May of 2021 with a BS in aeronautical engineering. Throughout those 4 years I was exposed to a rigorous program of leadership, academic and athletic training which will help me stay on top of my game in this fast-paced world.
• Co-briefed, in a concept study and analysis, on potential replacements for the under-armed and expensive F-22 Raptor aircraft as part of the Affordable Advanced Tactical Fighter Program (AATF). • Worked on analyzing linear detonation combustors efficiency using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and further developed its technology by conducting timely in-situ species measurements to eventually implement it as a replacement to gas turbines. • Worked with Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) to find promising technologies and safe ways to implement and use liquefied natural gas in airports and aircraft as an alternative to conventional jet fuels. • Co-designed an unmanned aircraft and briefed Pentagon’s A5 Air Staff on the engineering design and capabilities as a part of the SKYBORG program that aims to develop an inexpensive, configurable and attritable drone that could be used in highly contested combat areas in large numbers. • Took charge of designing the turbine section for the SKYBORG aircraft’s engine and co-briefed Pratt & Whitney on the final engine design of the drone, its technical analysis and areas of improvement.--

Education:

United States Air Force Academy 08/2017 - 05/2021
Colorado Springs , Colorado , United States
Degree: Bachelor's Degree
