Compliance to Timeline, by conforming to review duration allowed by Design manager. ? Review tender report to properly identify tendered MEP scope of work. ? Review/amend consultants’ RFP’s avoiding any scope gaps. ? Support Design managers with local consultants to help meeting Tender/IFC milestones. c) Establish & Update Emaar MEP standard design Guidelines: o Residential, hospitality and commercial Design guidelines. o Standardization of SPECS, BOQ, RFP’s & Emaar Vendor list. d) Perform Design management role in MEP specialized projects: ? Existing developments infrastructure upgrades/renovation. ? Utility plants (Desalination, Remineralization, STP, Water treatment…etc). e) Support procurement team in Market survey for MEP specialized equipment suppliers and alternatives in cases of late deliveries. f) Support Budgeting team to minimize post tender claims via VE alternatives. g) Support commercial team in Pre-tender meetings/queries to ensure bidders understanding of tendered scopes. h) Close Support for facility Management teams to overcome infrastructural emergency situations. i) Establish & follow up on special action plans pertinent to multiple technical depts (FM & Projects, like in operational UTC infrastructure Make-Over, and metering scheme). j) Close support to Projects team during contractors’ challenges in materials delivery or execution. k) Support permitting process with Governmental relations team in all technical meetings with authorities “NUCA, local authority & Civil defense.”--
