I had to do at the same time the marketing but also look after the adequacy of the placed order to the delivered one. In overall, the well operation of the business. While my role was at the beginning A waiter I had to achieve in small laps of time great milestone, till I got declared the face of the business due to my attendance in all domain of the business operation, all done just for the success of the entreprise, which means my success. From kitchen helper passing by bar tender to waiter going to cashier and terminated by a customer satisfaction, I present my passage at Mama’s Kitchen.
In this role I had:
Took care of the operation of the restaurant.
Made sure that the customer was enjoying the service provided to him as soon as he set his feet in front of the restaurant.
Made sure the food delivered or took in, fit with the order placed.
Checked if the service met the requirement of the customer by approaching them and holding a friendly and very respectful discussion in order to let the customer feel valued, but free to give his feedback while feeling his requirement are considered.
Played an efficient team player role in order to support my colleagues and make them feel important, intelligent and skilful, in order to trigger and boost their positive energy and efficiency but also build and maintain good relationships.
Made sure that all the conflict susceptible of affecting the well functioning of the restaurant were solve efficiently and respectfully.
