Total responsible of Heavy lift and Ultra heavy lift Crane Vessel Saipem 7000, operating in North Sea area, Black Sea and Golf of Mexico. Vessel is composed by 300-400 person depend from type of project requested, with running cost of circa 500k Euro per day.
vessel Operation Manager duty is related to Co-ordinate with Human Resources for all recruitment, induction, training, assessment. Assist where required in the preparation of Quality, Technical, Procedural Documentation, Project/Contract/Work Budgets. Preparation of annual budgets in the Company format, detailing revenues/cost of sales and overheads where applicable for the Vessel Department. Responsible of operational budget. Dealing with Asset department in order to organise maintenance activities and certificate renewal in accordance with project schedule in order to avoid delay on execution phase. Dealing with all project manager in order to optimise schedule and cost. Usually, vessel like S7000 perform 9-10 or more project between during season, during this period all logistic and coordination between project execution is totally manage by vessel Ops Manager, each project where Project Manager and Vessel Operation manager working together to reach common target has a value of up to 100 Millions.--
