1.Verify and performing medical laboratory complex automated machines and anyother support duties as needed 2.Prepare adjust and maintain all sterile medical laboratoryequipment 3.Perform validation and calibration chemistry analyzer, Hormonal analyzer, hba1c,Full blood count analyzer, Urine analyzer 4.Conduct chemical analysis on to various biological body fluids such asblood, urine spinal fluid to find the normal and abnormal components in asterile and accurate manner 5.Use sterile laboratory techniques in accordance to the policies and procedure tovoid any contamination of testing 6.Continuously ensure that medical laboratory practice standards are effective 7.Assist in providing expert analysis and interpretation of clinical and/or medicalinvestigation calls the physician caregiver member if the critical results wereobtained within turnaround time. 8.Use a laboratory Information System such as Diamond,Cerner, EPIC, middleware Infinity which is in accordance to thepolicies and procedure to input all laboratory and patientinformation in a confidential and efficient manner 9.Promptly notify the Supervisor /Lab Manager of any significantabnormalities detected during specimen analysis and follow the Centre’s policies regarding action 10.Ensure at all times safe handling of any hazardous and/or infectivematerials following established policies and procedures 11.Maintain a safe clean working environments within the medicallaboratory area in accordance to the Infection Control policies andprocedure 12.Verified the samples results to the system manage the QC controls properlyhandling and performing to the test analyzer. 13.Pre-analytical handling in receiving the samples segregating to differentdepartment when it is needed and during the night shift. 14.Handling the external test section for sending out to other laboratories. 15.Participate and cooperates in the ISO 15189 CAP, CIA inspection of thelaboratory. Machines operated: Cobas 8000 Cobas 601e -605 Sysmex XN 2000 Cobas 6500 Sysmex UF Turbo Variant, Urisys, Clinitek,Point of Care such as Coagucheck XS Pro DCA 2000,DCA vantage,Accucheck,Biorad D100,ABL 90 gas analyzer,Triage-DAU.Osmometer 3320.Ketone POCT.--
