Benefits: Annual scrap cost decreased by 20%, annual scrap rate reduced, and workstation efficiency increased by 200%. 2017 to 2019, Continuous Improvement Engineer - 2 studies projects : Project 1 was "Leakage test workstation improvement". Achievements: Using Lean Management tools such as visual management, the implementation of 5S, defining standard work procedures, and eliminating wastes (muda), along with the analysis of production KPIs from the previous year. The workstation and its manual rework station were optimized so that there is no longer any production loss due to manual rework time. The internal scrap rate for this station was reduced by 33%. Project 2 was "Workforce model improvement". Achievements: The workstation complied with the cycle time requirements, the ergonomic risk has been erased, an annual cost saving of 30 000€ and the internal scrap rate has been erased for this workstation.

monitoring new diversities on the production line,
create a synoptic (plan) of the line,
develop a production analysis file
It was during this year that I carried out my final engineering studies project.
Subject: Optimization of the air/water leakage control process for the electric
engine.
Main objectives: Scrap rate decrease, Takt time and cycle time improvement,
cadence optimization.
Achievements: Observations and field surveys, measurements and data
analysis, creation of standardized documents, implementation of visual
management, studies of technical solutions, Muda’s research and removal.
