Recent achievements include heading the laboratory unit and development of new practical curriculum to effectively cover National University Commission (NUC) and seeking to expand my career at international level.
Set up and conduct laboratory experiments in areas such as titration, chromatography and spectroscopy, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis. Enforce safety protocols for handling hazardous materials, waste disposal, and emergency response in the laboratory environment. Operate and maintain various laboratory equipment, including spectrophotometers, centrifuges, pH meters, and autoclaves. Perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses, demonstrating strong analytical skills in interpreting data. Carry out independent research projects, literature reviews, and experimental design, critically evaluating scientific literature and applying findings. Deliver engaging lectures, demonstrations, and laboratory experiments to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to students. Provide feedback, guidance, and support to students throughout their learning process. Develop course materials, laboratory experiments, and assessments aligned with specific learning objectives, adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learners. Collaborate with colleagues, students, and research teams, contributing positively to team dynamics and fostering a collaborative work environment. Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), data analysis software (e.g., Excel, MATLAB), and scientific modeling software (e.g., ChemDraw, Gaussian) proficiently.
