Mechanical Engineering graduate with solid knowledge and simulation skills in thermal-fluid field. Serving as a thermal engineer in Tron Future Tech to conduct CFD simulations and provide thermal solutions.
• Provide thermal solutions by implementing heatsinks, TIMs, heat pipes, radiators and MLIs on space products, e.g., CubeSat communication payload and X-band transmitter. • Implement fans, heatsinks, TIMs, heat pipes on thermal module designs for terrestrial products, e.g., PC and radar. • Use Simlab and Comsol to conduct CFD simulations, including thermal designs using passive and active cooling methods. • Use Sincenter 3D SST, Hyperworks and Comsol to conduct space system thermal simulations, including planet radiation and system thermal simulation in products. • Qualification & acceptance tests design for equipment and products, such as system thermal cycle & thermal vacuum tests and heat pipe tests to pass space validation.--
