This is a private Catholic school that employed me as a Research teacher.
• Identifies student academic and holistic needs through regular evaluation or assessments to provide individualized or group instruction, improving the learning needs and experience for a class of 40 students. • Collaborates with administrators, K-12 teachers, and stakeholders from different disciplines and backgrounds for the development and support of the students, increasing of parental and teacher involvement. • Develops lesson plans and instructional materials with the integration of educational technology based on assessments, and with diverse backgrounds taken into account, increasing student engagement and interest. • Provides consistent consultations with student about their academic standing and feedback about their research papers, allowing students to significantly improve performance, problem-solving skills, and etc. • Actively attends programs and trainings for curriculum and faculty development, such as seminars for child protection and data privacy act. • Records maintains, and evaluates students’ attendances and progress to be used as teaching and learning feedback, raising student performance. • Prepares and teaches content and lessons as required by the Department of Education, while incorporating the institutional vision and mission of a holistic student for God and for country. • Participates and conducts research to improve learning experience, producing Action Research on collaborative learning and using data-driven decisions as basis for policy making.--
