Working in the factory that has the highest demand of snack product production and packaging in of all Latin America, my role as PMO was to establish a new Digital Culture by implementing new technology and processes, and working alongside factory managers to create the first digital production plant in Latin America for PepsiCo. Alongside that my role as Industrial Engineer to improve production efficiency and maintaining production goals throughout the month.
• Leaded cross functional projects using Lean Six Sigma and Hidden Factories to improve existing processes and generate increasing savings throughout 2021 while also developing my own interpersonal skills with my colleagues. • Implemented the use of Machine Execution Systems throughout the plant’s working routine to improve efficiency and data analysis through the use of real-time digital information. • Coordinated a complete digitization and change management deployment that will be implemented throughout 2021 to 2023 creating the first Digital Factory in PepsiCo LATAM. • Reported to Directors Committee of PepsiCo Mexico my project statuses and plans to increase plant productivity each quarter. • Problem solved various unexpected situations during COVID-19 when it came to lack of personnel and raw materials, achieving continuous production throughout the day.--
