Goal:I have a great passion on teaching the early childhood education. My journey in early childhood education is driven by a deep commitment to fostering the development of young children. I have relevant experience as a teacher in Indonesia, where I was responsible for developing comprehensive curricula and instructing children between the ages of 1 and 5. In this capacity, I crafted weekly thematic lesson plans, meticulously adjusted to cater to the developmental needs of children within this age range. I also experienced teaching at Montessori School in the USA helping students in various areas of development such as emotional, language, social and cognitive. My teaching approach prioritizes Universal Design Learning by using differential instruction to meet all kinds of students' needs. Furthermore, my educational background as a bachelor degree of psychology in Indonesia has equipped me with a profound understanding of the psychological factors that influence children's learning and development. Also to deepen my knowledge, I took Early Childhood Education and development at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, USA with the Child Development Association. This multidisciplinary knowledge allows me to approach teaching from a well-rounded perspective.
