Highlights:My career has been developed in the field of project management, with extensive experience in leading teams, project implementation, quality control, contract management, needs assessment and identification, assessment and resolution of unanticipated, aiming the correct operation of the procedures. My career was developed in Caterpillar Brazil as a Project Leader, on a promotion. I was responsible for developing manufacturing processes for welding and hydraulic tanks of all models manufactured fuels, as well as the fulfillment of export programs driving cost reduction in iron, cast and forged steel projects involving planning, preparation of scope, schedule and resource definition, implementation of activities and management teams, to achieving established goals and continuous improvement, through 6Sigma DMAIC, 6Sigma CPS RIW and Lean Manufacturing.
