• Responsible for defining, implementing, and improving released processes with expertise. Procure the necessary machinery, tooling, and fixtures for production with internal and external, display. • Develop and/or compliment maintenance schedules to comply with preventive and predictive maintenance guidelines routine on X-ray (VITROX V810 HW F0750) as well SPI and AOI (JUTZE) machines. As well the continuous monitoring to determine any issue that may affect their performance during production. Define the necessary spare parts and quantities for the assigned process/equipment. Provide minimum and maximum stock levels needed to tool crib. • Programming or editing models (CADs) for AOI machines, according to the parameters of quality inspection specified on PCBs (PTHs, Gullwing, QFNs, BGA, Transistors, Capacitors, Resistors, etc.). Reviewing BOM documents for each model to make the necessary adjustments for better performance during scheduled production. Follow the necessary quality requirements by our client TESLA by ensuring an FPY at a 90% rate on each SPI and AOI machine. • Attend and coordinate new product launches to meet project milestones (sample builds and SOP).--
