My previous job was online. I took classes online in different levels and ages of students from China. I taught them English where the company had provided us the different materials for the students. I also took part in different trainings to gain more knowledge in teaching English and self development in the company.
Online Teacher Responsibilities: •Creating and presenting lessons through computer. •Encouraging participation within the classroom to promote the consolidation of learning •Teaching English one-on-one •Establishing relationships with students to ensure that they disclose cognitive and psychosocial difficulties that may impede their academic progress. •Providing feedback in a timely manner. •Monitoring and reporting on students' progress. •Attending staff meetings, as required. •Respecting cultural differences among students. •Ensuring that all requisite equipment remains in excellent condition.--
