Highlights:One of my career highlights in teaching science was organizing and leading a school science fair with my other co-science teacher. I worked closely with students and advisers from different grade levels to guide them in selecting and conducting their own scientific experiments. It was a collaborative and hands-on experience that allowed students to explore their scientific interests and showcase their findings to the school community. The science fair not only fostered a love for science among students but also promoted teamwork, critical thinking, and presentation skills. Seeing the enthusiasm and creativity of the students during the event was truly rewarding and highlighted the impact of hands-on learning in science education.
