Duties also include taking payments from treatments and retail products and keeping in contact with all clients at all stages, liaising with head office for any refund requests or client contact/ booking requests. Each clinic is run at customer facing level by a single therapist with regular contact and support from head office via regular visits and phone calls. All admin and payments in clinic are the sole responsibility of the therapist in clinic. Opening and closing the clinic and all cleaning and general maintenance.--
