With the FMN Group’s acquisition of Honeywell flour mills, among the 25 HSE managers on my job level, My Job scope and reward class were the only one expanded to include management of QHSE-responsibilities at the newly acquired Multinational Honeywell Sagamu plants in Ogun State alongside leadership of HSE functions across top three states of all FMN food division (pasta , noodles, and snacks plants)
• Showcasing exceptional organizational, strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and effective team management skills, was selected amongst 34 HSE managers and appointed to Spearhead first ever FMN Group Health Safety and Environment Week across 28 multicomplex manufacturing plants & re-appointed next year. The event has a yearly spending annual budget of $15M.
