Conduct a survey calf rearing practices in organic dairy farms in the Midwest of the United States. Gut microbiome analyses: fecal sampling, DNA extractions, and data analysis. Support other grad students from the Department of Animal Sciences with milk, ruminal liquid, blood, saliva, feed sampling, soil preparation, plant, seeding, and weeding.--
