Goal:A detailed, result oriented, and dedicated medical laboratory scientist with over 8 years of technical and non-technical experience, in laboratory medicine. ASCP certified, and skilled in wide range of clinical laboratory procedure on both manual and automated assays, encompassing medical microbiology, immunology, clinical chemistry, hematology, coagulation and blood transfusion. At a supervisory role I have effectively led different teams to implement laboratory quality management system (QMS) in accordancewith ISO 15189. Knowledgeable in identification and mitigation of risk in line with good laboratory practice (GLP) and incompliance with health and safety laws. Demonstrated proficiency in equipment operation, calibration, troubleshooting and performance monitoring. Conversant with ethics and health governance, use of laboratory information management system (LIMS), and conducting quality audit in line with ISO 15189.
