-Manage 2000+ customer software issues by working with global software teams to drive solution for the enablement of the next generation CPU/GPU products to fulfill customers’(ODM/OEM) time to market launch. -Lead the issue resolving cross multiple software engineering teams to isolate the issue into right engineering team and follow up debug progress, code submission, validation till software package release to secure key milestones. -Track the software release and ensure the code parity among different versions to make sure smooth transition of customer release and stable software quality. -Initiate design limitation management project by driving the architectural software solution for design limitations to reduce repetitive issues and improve the customer experience. 8 items have been improved in 2023, 7 items in 2022. -Process improvement cross engineering teams to optimize the debug process and clarify the ambiguous debugging scope to enhance the work efficiency. -Achievement: AMD Spotlight Award in 2023 Q3.--

Experience with leading debug cross software and hardware issues. -Responsible for managing ODMs’ execution from hardware/software BOM review, orders system, assembly process, product test, packaging and shipping to optimize operational processes. -Coordinate readiness of Dell regional factories (India and Brazil) and ODM regional factories (Taiwan and Vietnam) with material on time delivery and failure analysis to fulfill local business needs and business contingency plan. -Achievements: Received 5+ Inspired awards from core team members(Marketing, DM, PM) and GOE managements.--
