I have been ICT Support and Data Officer in the Programme of ZIHHTLP for about 6 years. In my most recent position as an ICT Support, I was involved with the installation, updating of various software, maintenance and attending to any technical problems from staff, also as a Data Officer, I was involved with Preparing, sorting data set for data entry, entering data into database creating data backups, generating reports and checking data to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted and make analysis.
Overall duties and responsibilities: • Monitor and respond to software and hardware-related issues. • Skillfully configured all office PCs to run at optimal levels. • Involved in the roll-out of software updates and patches. • Set up printers and other hardware. • Worked closely with IT members to improve my troubleshooting skills. • Designed data collecting tools using Epi Info, IBM SPSS Statistics 26, ODK collect for use by data collectors and data entry clerks. • Input Data Accurately and Efficiently into the Database. • Compare the entered data with the source document. • Making Data cleaning for data accuracy and analysis. • Focal persons on HIV Testing Services (HTS).--
