The department is providing services for hundreds of visitors a day, in person, by phone and online. The main goal was to predict and reduce workload, shorten the wait time while improving the quality of the services. In a short time, I was able to completely transform the department to a technical-friendly environment with software that allow managers to predict work for minimum two weeks ahead, control and navigate workflow and create simple, familiar and usable technical solutions for visitors to receive online guidance, services and simplify complex information.

A startup company that developed casual casino games for mobile and Facebook. I was the first hire for the QA position, and the goal was to construct a testing operation for all games (back then - 5, and we rapidly grew with the number of games). In alignment with the company's OKR's and governance, I constructed the requested operation and was promoted to hire, train, and manage engineers.
? Built a manual test environment with QA best practices, created documentation, and created test cases for games in mobile and web. ? Took a part in the transition to an Agile work style. ?
