The organization identifies communities with useful natural resources and support the communities to manage and use the natural resources sustainably by employing globally accepted approaches for natural resource management, biodiversity conservation, climate change mitigation and adaptation, alternative livelihood, food security and poverty alleviation. This will be achieved by supporting communities to harness and maximize the value chain of the natural resources in their communities--
