I worked with Xylo for 2 years with their client in Rochester, MN. The staff at Xylo was very helpful and especially the owner was humble and polite. The recruiter interviewed me, screened me technically and spent time in understanding my experience and expectation rather than simply talk about the job description unlike other companies. They know what they were doing. I am a w2 consultant of a different company and I have never heard that Xylo didn't process the payment this month, their payment was always on time. I had worked in India and came here on H1 Visa, the rate was not great but reasonable market rate. All the people was with me throughout the process from the initial screening until I had to leave the project because of client 2 year Rule.
I would recommend Xylo to my friends, and would definitely work with them in future if opportunity arises.

Good company for fresher to land job and stay for 3 to 6 months.

As long as you have job with client you are good. they have just 1 client mayo clinic as bread and butter. If you are a full-time employee and lost job. they will send back to India.

Xylo owner compare this stupid fraud company with Wipro, infosys 55k-60k salary if you choose to work with them for full-time. He is more greedy to eat 50% profit as client pays 70$/HR even for opt students. He want to rob 30$-$40/HR from each consultant.

They have filed just 1 GC labour in 2012, that one got rejected. believe the company caught-up with immigration issues. If people work full-time for this tiny desi company, they can't visit India for stamping.

I have worked for Xylo Technologies as a recruiter.
They are ignoring experienced consultant, because they need to pay more.

They are very much interested cheap consultants who need job desperately, those who just come from India or fresh OPT students for lesser rate. does not care about the consultant has the skills and experience to perform quality work for their client. They bother more how to bring cheap labour in form of people from India or OPT students.

The client suffer a lot without completing project and keep extending opt students contract, as xylo make their client believe only OPT students available in the market for contract job!!

It is a terrible company . Very unprofessional. The owner has a huge head weight. Does a lot for fraud activities behind your back. Pay poor salary stating cost of living is low at Rochester, MN. He is running business at same city and believing and capitalizing on Indian IT professional weaknesses.

This company is paradise for low ranked OPT/CPT students who not able to get job / lost hopes to land a job anywhere else in this US.

Finally find this horrible and worst constancy company work for end up with getting $40 to $50 pay rate life long.

It is a 1 man consultancy company believing in taking most of the money paying consultant very low pay.

Experienced guy and bright OPT/CPT students stay away from this company.
