I joined the company back in 2005. After reading reviews, it seems like the company has turned worse. I am pretty sure about following:
1. Fake resumes
2. Lies on everything
3. The director supports marketers, hence waste of time reasoning with them no matter what.
4. If you do not get a contract with in 2 months, then better change company because they are not going to spend time on you
5. Forget green card with the company. You have to be their "slave" to get one.
6. Treat the company a "Jump start" for career, have a good plan to get out after a year or so.

Overall, we have to understand they are doing "Business" = i.e Making money, hence it does not matter much to them how they make it. It can be at cost of others loss, but everything depends on our research and decision.
A good example: You get into a indian store in US, they are selling expired stuff which is so visible. In the end it is up to us whether to buy it or not. The owner does not care if you get sick because of that. He just lays it out right in front of you, it is up to you.....

Never honest with you.
Be careful with Aruw, Shruti,ARORA, Rahul Johar, Saurabh dilawr, Sapna J, Lakshmi G ect ect.
These people only wants to make money and do not care anything.
They make fake resumes all the time and lie all day long.
If you work there for 5 years or 10 they never respect you.
They always hire somebody who will take somebody interviews.
Always play with somebody H1B and GC. Running fake payrolls.
Do not go to this company. You will waste your time. I wish all will go to hell and Jail in USA.

If you have a strong mid-Client. You can get rid of this XcelTech. They just can't reveal about you to the mid-client because of the revenue sources. Have in good terms with mid-client. BTW, try transferring before you file H1B.

I was working with this company. They took money(Cash) for my H1 and never gave me back. They took Cash for my GC that I never got, never got to see both cash and GC, because the company is black listed. I went to India and got stuck and they never sent me any immigration papers. I came on other company's H!. They also did not pay me when I was on Bench. They asked me cash to run my own payroll and did not return the cash to me. The owners are openings company after company to get away from INS/IRS. I am just wondering why do people with good experience never write reviews. I believe that that the company is running succesfully with a profit graph for over 10 years now. Hi Guys, sufferers of the Xceltech/EBS/BIS, Here is the tip to shutdown the company and to be safe with your career. I would recommend each and every consultants to take these measures, so that we can say good bye to these companies and transfer our H1B visas. Step 1. File a complaint against the Xceltech in DOL Phone# 410-962-6211. Step 2. Fill Wh4 form by downloading at www.dol.gov/esa/whd/forms/wh-4.pdf Step 3. Send Wh4 form with all the print outs of email conversations such as making fake resume, denying the pay, forcefully signing of vacation letters to the following address: WAGE HOUR H1B 103 SOUTH GAY STREET SUITE 207 BALTIMORE MD-21202 OR FAX 410-962-6225. Once your complaint is there with DOL the company cannot revoke your H1B, because it is retaliation. DOL will make sure to call you and assign a investigator very soon. These period DOL will also make sure to not to reveal your identity to the Xceltech. So you need not to be worried. Step 4: Call US Immigration and Custom Enforcement(ICE)www.ice.gov/ and place a complaint against the company for all its illegal activities. All these measures are safe and you don''t have to spend a single penny. If you care about your career and want to make an honest living just spare yourself the trouble and headache.

You will be pushed to break the law and if you do not like it, you will be given a hard time about it. The marketers are not even college educated and if they are, it's most likely from some random university out in the middle of no man's land. Most of the consultants they hire can't spell or speak proper English for s**t.
Often times, recruiters will pass on their candidates because of lack of proper spelling from marketers themselves.
They don't hesitate to create 8 to 12 yr resumes which is pretty scary.

HR is another story:nothing they tell you is ever the truth. There is no transparency in visa processes. Fake documents are submitted to government agencies in order to file for H1s and Green Cards. The Lawyer who files these documents is in cahoots with them as well.He should be debarred for that.

Xceltech, EBS, BIS and Techligent are all run by the same people... Manish and his wife Sharu are owners CEOs and VPs. They just mix it around so nobody notices.

I SMELL JAIL TIME AHEAD. Maybe he'll be allowed to share a cell with his wife,hahaha.

These people are fraudulent in every way: visa fraud, mail fraud, email fraud and tax fraud!

Here all kinds of illegal activities take place. Xceltech officials doesn't even hesitate to make a fake resume of 12 yrs experience.
