commentSee above review’s are deleted, No.1 blood sucker's don’t ever overwork for them without proper pay, they hire fake recruits/resumes on purpose for making ridiculous profits from end-clients and paying peanuts, Managers are sitting dumb like ducks in this company as if they are doing all work to suck your blood for their ridiculous pay and commissions from their preferred vendors.

Everything Depends on your project -

commentI worked for Wipro for last four years.
Been in onsite for couple of projects.Company polices are fair enough.
"Customer is God for them.No logic will work."
You are good in your position until you Say NO to customer and Wipro.
No New projects in recent past.Most of the projects related to AMS and support.
Not a pay master and also cannot expect much hikes in salary.
Appraisals are depends on your projects not on your performance.
Many White Elephants in Management.
Pros:
-->Claims will be paid Timely if they are under policy limitations.
-->Good Immigration Team.
-->Flaw less visa services
-->You will not get more questions at Visa Interview or at port of entry.
Cons:
-->If you are in bench you will be asked to leave very soon.
-->Less pay
-->Less implementation projects
-->Managers mostly do resource management job.
-->Back fill positions are always In Hanging mode.
If you don't have any other options you Can Join it.
Test your fate then.
I did same and personally I am Happy with Wipro as of now as I am always in Projects,Nodding head for everything.No Noise in front of My Manager.
All the Best !

commentI worked in Wipro for 9 years and enjoyed working on GLOBAL Delivery model with Lots of Onsite opportunity on Business Visa , L1-B , H1B , CANADA WP anD Australia WP. Employee are treated as slave , This are good till it is good , once going out of Hand then employee need to leave the company . Very poor performance bonus . Delivery managers are good for nothing . 7 layer hierarchy company ... Middle level of employment

commentThere is no ethics and managers are real bad. They will not pay good salary and if you plan to leave co. then they will start all dramas. They ask you to serve 2 months notice, if you fail you will not get clean exit and they start giving additional work as well. They treat you like their enemy and they may think that by resigning you commited big crime. They are not competitive enough and many of the managers are lying in Wipro from 15-20yrs and even if they try outside they may not get job as well and when their peers leave they will be offended. They are serving in Wipro by doing politics. I hate Wipro managers and its cr@p policy. I spent 7yrs in Wipro and I feel its cr@p and cheap mentality Co. which is not employee friendly. Think 10 times before joining Wipro. Managers are very cheap and cr@p.

commentThey seem to pay u good amount during interview and change the game once u r ready to to join .. beware!
- 7/17/2013 - Yes, no ethics in this company...they will show heaven in you hand before joining...once joined they will make sure you will get money only for bread and butter not more than that...HR and other supporting teams will rule the company not the billing people like you and me..never and ever believe HR and your manager in this company. -

commentWipro Limited has applied for 3,525 LC and LCA since 2001. But this does not mean they really hired 3,525 foreign workers during this period. The visa application might have been denied. When an employee renews or transfers his H1B Visa or change work location under some circumstances, he will also file a new LCA application. Department of Labor(DOL) typically certifies more than 3 times the number of foreign work requests than the number of H-1B visas issued by USCIS. So there is no one to one relationship between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the number of H1B work visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Are the numbers correct? -

commentI just saw in wikipedia for the # of H1B visas issued for Wipro in 2006 is 4002 and the # of H1B applications by wipro is 20,000+ and in 2009, the # of h1b visa issued is 1954. So i am confused with your logic of 3000+ total h1b visas. Please validate your # and explain
