commentFirstly I would say that the management has changes and the new management is very efficient. Done my H1B transfer to Vigna Solution without any issue, salary is given semi-monthly. Takes care of the employees. Even I was scared looking at the bad reviews but as I said the management is changed and do the processing in professional manner. Takes personal care of each employee and has a good attorney at the location. They have a good marketing team and good vendors. They are going to place you within no time

commentHad a bad experience with Vigna Solutions as it never files your H1B Petition but charge you for the attorney fees.If you are filing your H1B with this company make sure that you get FedEx tracking number and it clearly shows your name in the Shipper reference under the Shipment facts.
Be aware of such companies as you spend your energies and money in applying for H1B.

commentPeople write these kind of comments to just malign the company, if these were true we would have not been in this business. No one is bonded to us and they are free to go with proper termination notice and final accounts settlment. They better understand to leave the company and client project on a good note. We have been in this line of business for more than 10 yrs and developed excellent relationships with clients and employees. The information who ever has posted is not true and utter false. People who wrote these comments should also write why and how they landed in that situation and we challenge them to produce any proofs they have. This is the first time we are writing a comment to justify about our company in 10yrs that too some vendor pointed about it.....

commentI have heard that most of the desi consulting companies doesnt have any ethics when it comes to professionalism and I find it very true with these guys. They absolutely have no ethics and highly fradulent. Fradulent in all aspects ..paystubs, jobs, percentage commission, bench....So anyone planning to join...BEWARE...I totally agree with some of the posts by other reviewers in here. I myself am stuck with this company and hoping that i get out of their clutches very soon.
I think its about time people start complaining to INS/IRS about the fradulent activities that happens in this desi consulting firm or for that matter any desi consulting firm. I might start it myself very soon.

commentSo true. Please do not even consider joining this company. They can manipulate anything. Their marketing is practically useless. Some of my friends who got stuck with this company after their Masters, they will force them to apply for almost all the jobs with different skill sets all together.
Sometimes, they even request the other consultants to take the interview on your behalf. I was offered several times to take the interview of others (they offered even to pay me % of dollars commission if I can clear somebody else's interview), I simply denied saying I am busy. Do not join this company. They pay very very less and on top of it they hold first 6 months of your salary so that you will stick to that company. I can keep going on there are so many things. They have less than 15 employees but they will lie to you that they have close to 40-50.
I luckily got out of that company before it got worse and before loosing my career entirely. My sincere advice do not join this company they have no ethics.

commentVigna Solutions is just an another Desi corrupt firm. Ask them how many employees they got and for how many they are running the payroll. Many helpless H1B candidates who are on bench, they just have to find a job all by themselves. I and some of my closest friends who are stuck with this company are crying everyday. We are all hoping someday all these desi consulting companies will learn a lesson, by that time they are millionaires anyway.
