I have been with Vensai since Aug 2012 and it has been an awesome experience with the company. They trained me very well for the job and stood beside me in every aspect of my IT career. Now, I feel like Vensai is family. The company paid for my accommodation and travel expenses when I moved to a new job with various clients. They got me my H1B visa and are doing my green card right now. I would recommend Vensai Technologies, Inc. to anyone without any reservations.

I am working at this company from last 4 and half yrs, it is a nice consultancy. Never had any issues with them. They have always helped with visa issues and provided much needed support. There is never a delay in paying on time and pay cycle is very short. They have provided advance pay when ever i have needed plus they take care of travelling related expenses to client site.
I recently got my H1 renewed and my green card process is also on good path. I also got my pay raise recently.

Hi All,

Wanted to give you guys my 2 cents. It is one of the best consultancies out there. I have been with them for a year now. They trained me well and placed my within 1 month of joining. I have been working for past 6 months now and till date never had problem with my salary, it was never delayed. Moreover, they encourage you if you want to switch fields (they will train you again if that is what you need).

My association with Vensai started with my having to switch fields and not exactly sure.Not only did they help me with getting into a new field but also helped along with way with various tools to gain traction in the field.Their HR department is very good in getting back to you about any queries you might have and employees in general know their job and do it well.I have never had any problem in getting projects and usually I get to choose form multiple projects.When in a project they still support you with whatever you might need to get the job done.
Bottom line,I would definitely recommend Vensai to any of my friends.

Its a good company to work with. I have been working for this company since 2007. I never had any complains, all employees in different department are thorough professionals. Be it be recruitment's or Sales or HR or Account department, they are very quick in responding on time. Never my salary delayed and it is always paid on time. They give proper career counselling before hiring and they stand on whatever they commit you. My H1B is processed, GC is processed and I never had a legal issues, they are very organised in immigration. I recommended couple of friends and they are also very happy working with Vensai. You will have long term association and you don't feel like changing the employer.

I would strongly recommend Vensai Technologies to consider as your employer. They offer good remuneration, good benefits and shape your career very professionally.

All of the employees of Vensai Technologies Inc., wear a musk of honesty. But in real they are the culprits. You never know how self centered they are unless and until you fall in the trap through them. They normally said you about a particular job and told you they will provide a 4-6 weeks training and after completion of your training u will get that job with 60,000 or 65,000 USD. Training is a forgery and no trainer would be available for you. You will waste your time. After few weeks they just completely contemplate your resume in a way that it will show you have 6/7 years of experience and did many things which you never known. If you luckily get any job through this false resume you need to worked very hard and 60% of your hard earned money will be sucked by this company. So my recommendation for everyone to stay away from this malfunctioning company. If you caught by US police because of giving false information into the job place you will be the worst sufferer. Try yourself and be honest to yourself that's the way success touch you.
