They have always kept employees as their first priority by showing concern about their well-being and I have not seen a single instance of delay in my paycheck.
CEO Karthik garu has been a very transparent, friendly, and vision-driven person. Sai Krishna the marketing manager is the best in the market who has excellent relations with the vendors. The HR and the employees are available all the time if you need any assistance. VNI took care of my H1B and also they are filing my Green card this year. The CEO and HR took a special care when I received RFE during my H1B processing. They pay you on time and so far I have not seen any issues with the company. CEO is very friendly and available any time, if any help needed. Its a good place to start your carrier and I will definitely suggest/recommend Virtual Networx as your employer.

Few years ago, we were debating how world accepting virtual working and we debated, argued it across all nook and corners. do you agree. ? If you remember, we will need manager approval to work remotely. World has changed with current pandemic, now you need manager’s approval to go to office. Since, then the virtual working has become reality.
Fortunately, I was associated with an organization like Virtual Networx. Organization motto and culture represents “why cannot we work remote and achieve the same goals as we achieve and accomplish without physical presence in office or at client location”. This instates lot of discipline, execution, and process in place to meet client expectations. Trusting employees and support their needs time to time will make Virtual Networx as a trusted organization.
However, even though everyone maintains digital distance in the organization, but everyone feels that all are connected within an arm’s length. Rarely you will see such type of organization and I feel fortunate and blessed being associated with such organizations.
I would recommend everyone to be part of virtual Networx and feel the extreme professionalism and tremendous organization culture that you would never experience elsewhere.

commentThis is my second review; I wrote my first review on 04/04/2019. I am writing this review to let you all know that how happy I am now, I do not have words to express my happiness. Here is my story.
My H1B got approved which is a typical case. In 2019, USCIS denied an H-1B Petition on the basis of the former policy of employer-employee relationship. March 2021, USCIS rescinded a number of its policies, and a late motion seeking reconsideration was filed articulating that the case was improperly denied. USCIS subsequently approved the H-1B Petition placing the Beneficiary in H-1B status.
Virtual Networx had taken self-initiation on my case to go ahead with filing MTR and then I was informed about it. This is where I felt very happy about my employer. After 2019 my case was not picked in 2020 and 2021, I was feeling very depressed and sad but VNI's decision to request for reconsideration with new USCIS policies helped me in getting my H1B.
I have not seen a company takes this kind of care towards their employees, this is what makes Virtual Networx a great company to work for and I would definitely recommend this company.
