Excellent place to work, with supportive staff, transparent policies, ready for support leadership for personal or professional needs. I have started working with ITTB officially in December 2015, but was there and getting support from 2013. I had to leave for some personal reasons and still getting all the support in any needs.
I always received great support form immigration team, Accounts & finance team and HR team and above all, the great management, which was there and still there with my and wishing me a good luck.
Very good company to go with for H1b Visa and Green Card processing(PERM). Whatever they commit always stick with that, no over / false commitments.
Always there in hard times such VISA denial or RFE's or 221G (Nightmare), every step organization and respective departments and leaders will always be there to support.

Awesome experience and will always be more than happy to join back once these VISA hurdles cleared. I really miss interactions with friendly staff in my day to day needs.

Hello,

I have worked with ITTrailblazers from 2011-2020. Over 9 years, I hardly have any issues working in regards to my immigration, salaries, finding right projects which suits my profile etc.. They are always transparent, trust-worthy and dependable. I would say compare to other known consulting companies, they standout in the top list. They also have in-house projects and direct clients like capgemini, tcs, hcl etc. I strongly recommend this company if one is looking for good consulting company.

The staffing personnel is in constant touch with me later on, though initially there was a struggle in eliciting any response. I was a full time employee with an MNC company and I had my qualms before joining this company on contract basis. All my doubts(H1b, GC processing, Salary structure, benefits(if any), etc) were clarified in subsequent calls by its competent team. They promised to initiate GC immediately which they did and it is taking approximately 3months(even earlier, if PWD & job posting exercise is all ready) before filing with Labor, in my case. They kept on their word and are quite resourceful in explaining things when asked.
It would be really nice if they offer other benefits such as Paid Time Offs, 401K matching, Good coverage Health Insurance with low premium with employer contribution more than $200(currently) is applicable to any health plan that employee chooses rather than applying it to their company health plan. I believe more benefits such as listed above will definitely attract more professionals to work with this company.
Overall it is a good experience so far with IT Trailblazers.
