Please do not trust this company VP/Manager any type of visa processing !!This company gets petition approved with out following proper law and with out lawyer consultation. This company as bad record for port of entry admission deny because they do not have projects and they do take processing fee which is not as per law. This company will spoil your record and career and they will not get effected by doing any of these things !!!
      - 6/4/2018 - a formal complaint has been registered to USCIS/dol/state departments against this fraud VP/Manager & company that they are submitting bogus H1B applications where candidates are doing sub-contracting to end clients and they show their company address as place of work on labor certifications. basically pure cheaters. Also they are taking H1B and Green Card money, and also bad record at visa stamping at consulates..Hopefully they will be behind bars soon, as uscis is auditing them. please join the company at ur own risk. - flag

Remember the 'EMPLOYEES ARE ALSO PARTNER IN CRIME' and are equally accountable as this employer, in signing to fraud applications, offer letters, contracts and in gaming the system knowingly. USCIS has strongly specified to report any FRAUD/ABUSE happening in the program. two of indicators as per there website "The H-1B worker is not working in the intended location as certified on the LCA" and "The H-1B worker is not performing the duties specified in the H-1B petition" ITS HIGH TIME TO Hire genuine Americans and no abuse will be tolerated anymore by this company or any other company..its time that foreign workers and these employers dont cheat and take our jobs. - flag

      - 6/17/2018 - Employees may or may not aware of this illigal process because these people does not share any process information with employees and does give authorized letter for reimbursing the petition fee which is valid and DOL itself will not accept complain if processing fee refunded, siitting outside USA how will foreign employees know about this fraud process with out actual usa law details.
So making employees as partner in crime is unfair bcz employers are not following law which is their business strategy !
Employees join companies who ever offer good salary or good opportunity so following law or not should have been enforced by uscis by closing all loopholes.
I do not agree all employees are partner in crime bcz employees may or may not aware dol/cup/uscis all are different departments unless they are usa born! All these department have been informed in 2016&2017. Foreign employees are trapped or used by many USA companies for this fraud!

THEY WILL NOT FIND ANY PROJECT FOR YOU BUT JUST EAT UR HARD EARNED MONEY.
