A victim wrote to me, this consultancy gave fake LCA fake H-1B papers by collecting $10,000 via Hiram Raj Kamal of Boston MA."Hope you do remember that i applied for H1B visa FY 2017, through Tekwissen LLC and i paid amount 97,500+1,53,450 = 2,50,950/- total and then they provided me LCA number on attached document ( LCA Approval.pdf) with client letter. now what i found is something fishy and its completely fake.
Now i found ICERT portal that my LCA number belongs to a different company.
Icert output for my lca.pdf will give you complete info it was not mine and it's a different company(employer). this is a government portal.

they will not give you experience letter if you leave them and will not return your salary backup.

very poor in marketing .. you have to do all the things to get job & salary .. they will just take 30% as their commission and 20% as a backup -- which you will never get when you leave them.

its a fraud company ... never join ... they will take your 30% of your earning as deposit .. and you will never get it back ..also they will ask to pay for h1b visa fee .. they will change your h1b approved copy and modified it with their company name to market you .. totally fraud ...i suffered a lot

This company is legit and is good company to work for. They train their consultants frequently and help them sustain in the market. They also help students to move from M.S degree to qualified H1B jobs. I have personally worked with them and they are very legit and company has always taken care of me in all situations. You will have direct contact with company lawyers and their will not be any issues with your visa processing or any other issues.
