I have worked for PSEG client in Long Island, NYC for short term through TCS and there is a illegal layer mohan.p@ctsit.com/r.karthick@ctsit.com.
Neither that layer nor TCS is responding to approve my time sheets or hours of 132.5. finally approved after 100 emails but Majoj runaway with that money is what palani of 3i Infotech Inc told.
This is TCS work culture.

commentPlease do not join as a local US hire if you are on H1B. They give false hopes that either they will process Green card or you can move to India. Both will not happen and they will put your career and family in jeopardy. Rejection rates are high and they will not appeal if rejected. The onboarding HR will lie to the core that GC or option to move to India. But once you join, the Onsite HR will tell you that the other HR gave you false hopes and we need to terminate on your H1B max out as they will never apply GC or move to India. Even if they start the PERM process, it takes minimum 3 years to get i140 because they process only in batches. So it is practically impossible because you cannot move to India during that time because they will terminate you and application withdrawn. The on-site HR itself told me to quit and not to believe the manager’s words. Also, this is a very politically biased company too. They do not value your performance and do favors to only people who come from TCS India or who praise the Senior managers.

I am hired as the US Local on H1B . I have 2 years to max out the H1B term and I am behind the managers to initiate my I140 process. They are telling the stories everyday and also I am in this TCS because I thought I can go back to Indian subsidiary if nothing works out on my I140 .

commentIt's the most worst company that i ever worked with. Even on Sundays they will make us to work. For every one hour, my Lead wants update that too on Sunday. It doesn't deserve 1 star too.

commentTaking first job with this company is great, but it is not good for a senior developer who work in USA. They don’t file Green cards, and they can send back anytime to India for their internal projects.

commentI have been working on TCS project for 6 months, and working hour about 70 - 75 per week without pay. Lot of extra hours including weekend. Neither they pay nor compensate those hours later. Moreover, if anybody takes any leave they cut their salary.

commentThe company is well known in the market but the leadership team is pretty poor at the execution. They emphasize on saving rather than giving a quality. Extra hours, week end work are very common. They don't pay or adjust these extra hours. If you are looking for pay, then this is not the right destination.

commentThe worst company on the face of this planet!! They don't pay you in full at the end of your contract, they are greedy and cheap as hell and always complain that we aren't doing our job right even though us workers put extra hours every day to make these @@sholes happy. I will definitely be slapping them with a law suit soon.
