I recommend joining TechTammina, especially if you are on looking for job like I am. When I joined TechTammina I was in complete confusion about US market and career transformation they were very flexible and helped me with complete support at every stage,I felt this helped me get a better long term project. The recruiters were always in touch with me, and set me up with multiple interviews.
TechTammina initated my H1 when I was on OPT. I told a friend of mine to join TechTammina, and when he did, I got a bonus for sending him to TechTammina.

I don't even want to recall them. But since I have been invited to rate them for being a former employee. I would give them negative rating if I had the option. One of the most disgraceful consultancies I have ever encountered.
If you have to find positive in their negative, then yes, it'll be a learning curve for you at the cost of your mental peace and health. You'll learn that there are companies like these that you need to be cautious about.

Most horrible company. The are cheaters. I can assurethat after you start your job with them you will not be able to contact even one person from the company in relation to your pays or visa related questions. You will only receive a reply if you threaten them. They have fake accounts on myvisajobs also, search for just for tammina and you will see more than 1 account

Tammina Solutions is very great company to work with. These people are very co-operative and humble to work with. They help all the consultants in any possible way they can. They understand their problems and try to help them in best possible way. Every one had their own problem and their problem is different and as far as my experience is concerned kailash,kiran are GEM of people.
I would recommend Tammina Solutions to all aspiring students who want to make a career in IT.
Now as far as money is concerned you will have no problem in payment. It will be ontime. I am with these guys for almost an 2 years and I have been never being paid late.

I have joined this company 6 months ago and the way they treat their consultants is unarguably the best that I have known(I have been to either places before this).

Talking about training, even I was trained by them. He is the trainer who thinks like a student while explaining a topic and makes you understand the very basic stuff we get confused off. I came with an electrical background, having no idea about what java is and I am working now with lots of confidence. I think that summarizes the way he thought us. You can not completely depend upon a trainer to teach you everything, hard work is what they expect so, can't blame a trainer for that. You should also know he is a working employee and cannot spend all the time with you. It's a consultancy not a coaching center. There is not even a thing you can point at that will make you uncomfortable.

People who cannot stand with a Indian company can never take what an American company gives you.

I don't think review really matter when you trust something, All the consultants know that.

An excellent company to start your career......

At first, I did a same mistake as others did like looking at the reviews and trust me I was blown away (in a negative way).

But I still went by my instincts and a gave shot as I had nothing to loose and I did not want any stone to be left un-turned.

I started as Java Developer Trainee with this company 4 years ago and trust me I am a live example for all the below reviews to go south...

This company had few bumps... I can understand, but hey, tell me one company that doesn't I started my career with them and today I can proudly say that good that I went with my instincts rather then just merely going by those reviews. Besides is there any way anybody can AUTHENTICATE those reviews.

My wife was wokring with this vendor. She worked for 3 months and so far she didnt receive any pay. Though the Prime vendors has released the payment, these vendors on the name of them not releasing the payments. Now that she has stopped working through this company. My sincere suggestion is "DONT DEAL" with them

This is a fraud company. They owe money to many companies. They dont respond to calls, emails and no one knows much details of the 3 key people (Raj, saradhi, Tanya) belonging to this company.

Never deal with them. I see there are some fake positive ratings given by themselves on this to improve the rating. They owed $14k to my company for more than an year. This is a BIG TIME FRAUD COMPANY. DONT EVER STEP INTO A BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Its almost 3yrs since I am working with this organization. the last Project took almost 15days because I was looking in my preferred location in WA. I have joined Tammina in 2011 & since then never had any issues regarding my payment & i have given excellent rating because I got a job in 4days & still I am in same project since 2011 May.
I do not see any kind of issues with the sales guys here, the sales team is very cooperative, they support not only for sales also other follow-ups. I can suggest anyone to join this firm. Even my wife also with Tammina since last 1yr..Till now everything very smooth.. Good Luck!!

My friend and myself had joined this company. We had such a bad experience with them.

The Marketing team is really so bad and we are trained on one tech in the beginning and was forced to go to a different technology. It took more than 5 months to get into a project and we havn't been paid for the 2 months and after so much of struggle we got our pay check.

They always withhold your payments making sure that the consultant cant leave the company.

My overall experience is horrible and scary. Went through so much of tough time. This company is not doing well and the management is very poor and hard to deal with.

Never want to deal or come across this people again.
- 3/19/2014 - I am working since 2008 with Tammina Solutions & never had any kind of issues yet. Every companies has some problems, it does not mean that we will complain on every matter. Being an employee we need to cooperate as well to our employer. No company in this world is 100% perfect. so we need to cooperate each other to solve if any issues.

As of my knowledge they never forced me to upgrade my skills without my knowledge/permission. The sales/marketing team is really good & I always have project within 1-3 weeks of my marketing. Even I have referred them 4 consultants & all are happy till now.. - flag

I had such a bad experience with this company people. Looking at their history I happened to take a project with them. They are very bad in responding to your emails or phone calls when you try to reach them regarding your monthly payments.

They will keep promising on remitting your payments but they come up with their stories of
"Accountant not available this week, we will transfer you once the Accountant is back" (or)
"We didnt receive your payments from the Prime vendor" (or) "we will pay you in installments of $3000/month". I have heard all these reasons through out my project span of 1yr 2 months. Though I am now done with my project I still didnt receive my hard earned money (over timed worked hours as well) till today and its been 7 months.

With no other option, we are now getting our payments by going after them legally.

I really don't want any one to go through the pain that I went through.

This company is very good to be a part of. They are very transparent and are not greedy. I joined this company after my college degree and i was scared since i had heard a lot about Consulting Companies who exploit employees.
I feel great to tell that my experience has been very good with this company. To start with, the Marketing team is very hardworking and i got a project in 4 days after getting into the Job Market. The Management takes care of each employee on individual basis and makes sure that the employees are satisfied with the services.
I suppose this is the reason because of which they have a great Rank on VisaJobs.

I have been with this company for 2 years. This is one of the worst companies I have ever came across. They play nice tricks and sweet stories when it comes to the consultant monthly payments.

Though they pay right on time initially for the first few months the real face comes into picture 6 months from then. They treat their consultants so well that consultants feel hard to stay with them for more than 6 months.

Best at breaking the promises and worst in making the payments.
