Appreciate the efforts taken by Tekperfekt INC to be transparent with the employees.
I have been here about a year now, and I have not heard any grumbling about management or the company or even the co-workers. I love it!
The benefits that come from working here are above and beyond the monetary rewards we receive.
It’s so great to work for a company that truly cares for their employees. Specially HR & Immigration departments.
Pays on time and they keep up the promises what they told to employees.
Documentation was very good, Medical insurance is the best in the industry.
They applied my GC processing within a year period.
The best thing I like in this employer is the attorney , the documentation they give is perfect for your extensions/amendments and the care they take for documentation is excellent. They ask you all the docs required and verify them with utmost care. I don't find any single reason to complain and I am happy to be with Tekperfekt INC.
Overall I would say it is an awesome experience to be a part of such a wonderful company.

commentI worked for Tekperfekt INC for about 4.5 years now. Their Immigration system is really good and never had any issue with H1 Renewal and Green Card Process.
MY POC development manager Abhilash is really awesome always available for my any query and very much helpful. Management is really supportive and take very good care of their employees.
Never had any glitch in terms of payment, medical and project change, every thing was smooth due to the matured process that they have for each and every thing.
