commentHi, I have been with Systemsoft Technologies for almost about 2 years. Personally I feel great about the overall organization in terms of marketing, pay-rate, benefits, employee relations and most importantly immigration. They have a well dedicated immigration team that supports in all aspects, right from getting the documents to getting the petition approved. My H1B was approved and I am currently on GC process. Staffs and HR are very supportive and will not hesitate to walk you through the complete process with respect to any matter. Great experience, would definitely recommend.

commentI've been with the system soft for last 7 months and Really appreciate their prompt response towards employee issues like HR,Payroll and Sales.Based on this I've referred my friends to system soft and now they're very much satisfied working with the company.Here lot of scope to learn the new technologies and you can always leverage the resources to build a wonderful career. The Immigration team is very strong and they are able to handle H1B and GC processing issues smoothly and provide necessary Support to resource during that time. Earlier I worked for MNC companies but SystemSoft did better job on H1B documentation when compared to them and they have provided all the required documentation for visa stamping and throughly reviewed with me before interview. Thanks to Systemsoft for everything and I really recommend this company to friends, family and colleagues.

I got all the updates in time and Perfect marketing team is a another plus with SST to get a new project when your project ends.

This company provide good paper work for immigration like H1B and GC processing and never had any issue on my H1b extension and you what my current H1b extension approve in 1 day with premium process and it's in COVID 19.
All departments are well qualified people with stream line structure(HR, Immigration and Payroll and marketing).

commentI have worked with System soft for me and my wife's H1 transfer cases. initially we are very tensed about our uscis cases but the immigration team ( Manju Balakrishnan) took our applications forward in a professional manner. we got all the information updated by her in a timely manner. They handled the case so perfectly while sending the responses to USCIS and they are approved :)
In short, they are professional, genuine and hard working to keep their employees happy!

commentI have been working for System Soft technology since 2013.It's a progressive Modern company which strives to adapt & lead globally. So very stable and should be around for many more years. Decent benefits. Mr.Sridhar,CEO of the company is most respectful and easy to talk with; They genuinely shares about payments with employees and maintain VISA documents accurately & securely which is very important to get VISA approvals for longer time.
Cons: Marketing team need to be more proactive to get the projects soon.

commentI have been with SYSTEM SOFT TECHNOLOGIES for more than 5 years.
All departements are well qualfied people with stream line structure(HR, Immigration and Payroll and marketing).
System Soft Technoliges provide good paper work for immegration like H1B and GC processing.
SSTECH provide open bill rate to consultant, also access to talk to vendors for rate confirmation.
Salary is paid by direct deopist on time every month without depending on ourvendors payments.
SSTECH will provide health benifits and 401k, no one will provide for consulting.
Direct access to CEO without any appointment.
Another good thing is, sstech do not keep our documents like(H1B copies,140 document).
I do not have any negative comments on this company and I strongly recommend this company to anyone

commentI joined System soft for almost one year and I am really recommending working here.
The stuff there are incredibly great. I got my h1b RFE this year and HR immigration team keeping following up with my case, guiding me how to prepare for each supporting document. Every time I had any questions, they will answer me quickly and professionally. As a result, I successfully get my visa approved.
Benefits are awesome too! Including dental, vision, 401k etc., and during the open enrollment time, people will give you different options to choose.

commentNever ever think of joining this company. They literally showed me the hell. Company staff (immigration, HR, payroll)is one of the worst living creatures on earth, they dont know anything. They guys sucks the money. They ask you to sign 1yr contract at cost $8000 even for extension too and if you file gc with them you have to pay $6000 when you leave them at anytime. their gc process is too slow they just kill the time so that you can associate with them as long as possible. they dont pay your full salary monthly you will get only lca salary in hand rest amount you will be paid after 3 months..wow... most important you will get your salary after five week. they dont have single project with them so you have to search project by your own. literally a mental torture.

From listening to stories from my friends working in other consulting companies, I can confirm this is one of the best consulting company. We have the liberty to chose a project at any location of your choice. Whenever we chose to go for visa revalidation appropriate paper work is provided.

commentI have been in this company since 3 years.But I feel like I am in the company since 5 to 6 years,because the people are so friendly and caring.The total administration process like HR, Immigration and Payroll is well streamlined
and I didn't need to worry about anything..All you need to take care is "Do your best at the client place"...
I really like the response time from administration team, you email them about anything and you get the response in couple of hours.
2 of my friends joined the company after I referred them and they are so happy with the company.
Particularly about the payroll things, they pay you even though they get the money from client after few months. That's really a great thing. I have seen
my friend's companies which will hold a month's pay and they don't have a consistent pay date in a month.
I never saw a consulting company coming down and meeting their employees in different states, they would have stayed back at their corporate head quarters, but they made a trip to different cities to meet people , to encourage them and to appreciate their work .
I am totally satisfied with the company and people.

commentSSTech is the best ever consulating company in my opinion. They will take care of all the aspects from Visa sponsoring to Payments. Staff will be available any time whenever you have issues.I checked with my friends consultancies and found lots of differences. All other consultancies used to pay salary once in 3mnths or 4mnths but SStech used to pay monthly eventhough if they get the money from clients after 2 or 3mnths(some times 6mnths). I referred lot of my friends and once they joined they felt very happy. They can support people who is having immigration problems though they won't belong to SSTech.

I get paid every month by time, and they have provided me the all required paper work whenever i am in a need. Percentages were fixed. I have read the other post by a dissatisfied person, who thinks that green cards can be purchased. Systemsoft Technologies is one of the best software consulting companies, which is built on ethics, book values, and satisfied employees/clients. The software consultants need not worry about several things like number of hours worked, pay statements, visa related documentation, greencard processing, visa extensions etc. The HR, and Accounting staff are knowledgeable, professional, and very prompt in responding to the any kind of queries. The branch manager is knowledgeable , professional and exhibits lot of patiences in answering the queries and also responds promptly for any kind of H1-b estension related queries with appropriate information.

commentI have been working with System Soft Technologies for the past 2 years. Excellent staff and very cooperative. Very quick response to employee queries and I always had good experience with the staff.
They follow excellent process when it comes to time sheets, Visa processing and payrolls. My H1-B transfer and extension was very smooth as they follow the process in a very good manner. My GC has been filed promptly and I get updates in a timely manner.
Very recently I even got my H1-B stamp in India on the same day and it is just because of the company process, documentation, visa guidance and company policies.Communication with Relationship manager and other associates is great.
I recommended few others and they are also 100% happy with System Soft Technologies. Always got my pay and bonus very promptly. This is the best employer I have ever worked with and I am incredibly happy. I wish to recommend more people to System Soft.

but harsha is obnoxious - who even employeed her - may be she is a telgu that is why . I asked SST last year to do my wife's H1B along with my H1 transfer. Their super employee Deepa had to speak with my wife. She couldnt even speak one proper sentence in english. Asked if my wife knew telgu as back in india she worked in Hyderabad.
why has the owner employeed such employees who are least professional, my wife decided then that she will not go with them and today she is with MS thankfully I left in time too. -

KNOW IT ALL - 5/23/2012 - Intellect or values.... the comny is run by bunch of loosers... their branch manager- has no experience in past. All the recruiters are always looking out for job but are such loosers that no one is able to hire them. Only thier HR point of contact is good , she is soft spoken and atleast helps resolve your issues.
I should have left the comp long back, they take money for Visa (5k almost 6 for premium process) and for GC ( you will find it hard to calculate). The gujju ben doing GC is useless.

I see your calculation over visa/GC seems part of imaginary world in US, people applying for Visa have minimum awareness of fees charged by any employer in US. This forum is all about sharing the facts and experiences, either good or bad but attitude always counts and shows our behavior in any thing we write on. End of the day we live with our own experience and environment we are surrounded in. This company has done much good than any one expected, I have referred couple of people who share their experience being part of this company, they all are happy with their prospectus provided by company and in all their current and future endeavors. -

Going by my past experience with the old employer, SSTech is one of the few employers to depend/trust completely and everything is run on corporate-style, getting responses to your queries in time. Also, administration work professionally and inform the employers promptly, paying the salary in time and book-keeping is excellent.

I had a bad experience with my old employer, but after I joining this one, I forgot to check my bank a/c about my salary on every month first day and even about paycheck also due to SSTech cares about that . Everything is on time. Good staff. I am feeling very lucky to work with SSTech. They give more value to each and every employee and their needs ...that impressed me alot..

commenti was with this company for more than a year and it was excellent service. unlike other sponsors they will not delay your pay stub or general questionnaire they will respond immediately when i am going to my H1b stamping they provided with all the details and the stamping went super smooth and i am able to get the stamping i am in the process of applying the green card petitions from this but I am going to wait a few days until the recession gets lightly dissolved and starts at lightning speed.
