commentHi all, It has been around 3 years I am working with Sysintelli,Inc. I wanted to mention few points here. It has been really great working with this company.
Initially I came with no idea about marketing and which stream to choose. But they have really guided me in a great way.
Some say marketing is slow, but it is not. They will do it in the RIGHT way. Coming to the pay rolls, I haven't had any issue with it. (Prompt payrolls).
Overall, this company is employee friendly and a very great place to start your career with.

commentI have been working for Sysintelli,Inc. close to an year now, I don't see where these negative reviews are coming from, but for me it is one of the best consulting firms to start you career with in the states.
Firstly, they treat you well and the training is impeccable you won't find this elsewhere, trust me I have been to awful lot of places.
Now, coming to the negative comments here you need to understand the job market in this country, and how it works. It is equally important for them to get you into a project as it is for you. Being patient and focused will take you places.
Never the less I was optimistic and as of now, I'm on a project for one of the best companies in the world right now.
Stay smart or be foolish, your choice!
- 5/2/2015 - We know each other praneeth. I know how long it took to find yourself a job. Things have changed a lot since you left. If you see all these bizarre reviews perhaps you may notice that only recent reviews are negative. After being in market for 3 long months do you expect an android developer to get trained on IOS and start from scratch. It has become hard for me to be positive in this situation and you would really call me a fool if I stay optimistic in this situation. You didnt face this situation perhaps. Lastly I agree with you regarding good training and treatment. Alas, I want to start my career and get away from this good treatment asap. -

Then you must also have known no one who was marketing for android has been in the market for more than 3 weeks apart from someone you were talking about... Don't you say things have changed, a friend of mine got placed in Android last week after just a day's marketing.
Put your efforts up n then complaining about the employer.
I'm very well aware of things in the office, I just dropped by last weekend. Shame, none of you guys were in the office! -

You know you are worth for nothing and piece of junk unless some on give training and assistance on your resume which you can't do by your self. Sorry for my words but, before you comment just think what you are up to now, whether you can survive on your own or not.
If you are not up to the present market standards then how can you expect a job. First learn your interview and technical skills. No consultancy is liable for anyone's job.
If you have guts or stamina or skills then go somewhere and find a job....Good Luck....Before all these your parents should have teach you some moral and ethical values. -

commentRavi is a very good guy. I don't have anything to speak ill of him but I felt this is not a good consulting firm to start with. The company has no direct clients or vendors and most of the cases you will have to find your support. The only thing that impressed me is the rank and I learnt it has nothing to do with. Thank god I grabbed an opportunity but I don't prefer this firm for the freshers.

Worst Marketing -

commentThis is the worst consultancy i have ever seen. I almost had to struggle months to make my resume and even after making my resume there is no proper person to make corrections. I forced them to put my resume in market and they didn't provide me the references, no proper project explanation and even marketing is dead slow. Waste of my time money and cpt.
They don't have dIrect Vendors, prime vendors and clients. Your resume has to go through atleast two or three layers before getting submitted to client.
My personal suggestion is if you have your references, support, lot of time and patience then you can choose sysintelli
Krishna Surapaneni - 5/2/2015 - I have been with Sysintelli for the last 4 years and Felt pretty disgusting about your comments. I have never faced any issues related to training, marketing nor payroll.
If you think that you have wasted your time in Sysintelli, then y don you check out other organisations or in your terms as consultancies and come back with your review. Why don't you leave the company and look out for a job on your own, if you feel you have the talent and wasted your time at Sysintelli. Resume should be prepared with your own effort and you are not the only person to be focused upon. If your resume was not under marketing then there should be some flaw in your resume. If your resume is unable to clear first and second rounds, then what is the point of going to the final round of client interview when your resume is not up to the mark.
Hey, if whatever you have mentioned in your comments is true and confident in whatever you say, then please reveal your name so that we can discuss about this face to face. I am pretty sure that you are creating fake ids and posting multiple comments. Please stop that. -
flag Chowdary - 5/2/2015 - If you are working with sysintelli since four years you must be busy with your project, not looking into the reviews of sysintelli. You are talking about the situation which was four years back and the above mentioned reviews are the present situation. we are on bench since December wasting our CPT/OPT. Thanks for giving a suggestion to find a job on our own or go to any other ORGANISATION.
For your kind information, everybody now in sysintelli prepared their resumes on their own. Talking about clearing the first and second rounds as you mentioned, our resume is not been into market to atleast go to first and second round which would atleast create some kind of confidence.
Come and talk to everybody in sysintelli now and they would give you the same reviews, there is no need to create a fake id. -

For your kind info, I am currently in touch with the people on bench right now and one of my cousin is getting trained. I know how the market works far better than you. Do you know the number of clients company has? My last 3 projects were direct clients.
According to your comment, "must be busy with your project, not looking into the reviews of sysintelli." The company has taken care of me since 4 years, showed me a career path and I feel bad if someone posts fake statements to degrade the name of the organization.
I don't agree with your judgement. If you have an opinion that is good for you, you cannot involve everyone and say a generalized statement. Your so called everyone doesn't include lot of people like me.
I also know that there is no employee named "Chowdary" right now. Let me know, we can talk face to face regarding this.
I don't understand why do you want to be with the company, if you hate that company. I don't think that you have guts to leave the company or you have the potential to do so. Just leave and find job on your own.
I feel sorry for you as you are not a good potential candidate to grow with organization or in your life.

commentI've been with the Sysintelli Inc for last 3 years and it's my third employer in US. Really appreciate their prompt response towards employee issues like HR,Payroll and Sales.Based on this I've referred my friends to Sysintelli Inc and now they're very much satisfied working with the company.Here lot of scope to learn the new technologies and you can always leverage the resources to build a wonderful career....
My advise to new comers, you will rarely find employers like Sysintelli Inc, they are very good in training & placements and long run settlement in USA, they follow everything as per USCIS rules....Very good at Immigration, they have 24 * 7 fulltime Attorney to help Consultants legal issues....I recommend Sysintelli Inc.
